ENI Makes Strategic Investment of USD 1 Million in AISIM

Accelerating ENI’s Ecosystem Expansion in Japan and Advancing the Convergence of AI, Telecommunications, and Web3 Infrastructure
— AISIM will support the development of ENI’s nodes in Japan and collaborate with ENI in relation to its node infrastructure cooperation with NTT Digital, jointly promoting the real-world deployment of enterprise-grade Web3 infrastructure —
ENI has announced a strategic investment of USD 1 million in AISIM, a Web3 telecommunications and AI infrastructure project.
This investment is intended to support the expansion of the ENI Blockchain ecosystem in Japan, strengthen node infrastructure development, and explore more practical Web3 application scenarios across AI, telecommunications, and payment-related use cases.
Moving forward, AISIM will assist ENI in building blockchain nodes in Japan, further enhancing the operational stability, infrastructure coverage, and service capacity of ENI Blockchain in the Japanese market. In addition, AISIM will support ENI’s cooperation with NTT Digital in node infrastructure and related technical solutions, jointly advancing the practical adoption of enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure in Japan.
Background and Purpose
As Japan continues to show growing interest in the social implementation of blockchain technology, enterprise-grade Web3 infrastructure is becoming an increasingly important development direction. Beyond conceptual narratives, the market now requires foundational infrastructure with strong security, performance, stability, and compliance adaptability.
ENI Blockchain is positioned as a high-performance modular Layer 1 blockchain designed for enterprise-grade commercial applications. It features EVM compatibility, an AppChain ecosystem, and a parallel processing architecture, supporting a wide range of application scenarios including DeFi, RWA, enterprise systems, AI, and next-generation digital services.
AISIM focuses on integrating eSIM, AI, Web3 payments, and distributed node networks to build a new type of infrastructure that connects telecommunications networks with the digital economy. Through this strategic investment, ENI and AISIM will further deepen their cooperation and jointly promote the development of next-generation infrastructure that integrates telecommunications, AI, and Web3.
Key Investment and Cooperation Areas
1. ENI Invests USD 1 Million in AISIM
ENI will make a strategic investment of USD 1 million in AISIM. The investment will be used to support AISIM’s infrastructure development, ecosystem expansion, business growth in the Japanese market, and the further deepening of cooperation related to ENI Blockchain.
2. AISIM to Support ENI’s Node Deployment in Japan
AISIM will assist ENI Blockchain in deploying local nodes in the Japanese market. Through the expansion of node infrastructure, the ENI network will gain stronger decentralization capabilities, operational stability, and service capacity in Japan, providing more reliable foundational support for enterprise-grade Web3 applications.
3. Supporting ENI’s Node Infrastructure Cooperation with NTT Digital
ENI previously entered into a basic cooperation agreement with NTT Digital, under which both parties will explore collaboration around the social implementation of enterprise-grade, high-performance blockchain platforms in the Japanese market.
By assisting ENI in building nodes in Japan, AISIM will support ENI’s related cooperation with NTT Digital in node infrastructure and technical solutions, jointly promoting the real-world adoption and ecosystem expansion of ENI Blockchain in Japan.
4. Exploring AI, Telecommunications, and Web3 Payment Use Cases
ENI and AISIM will explore practical on-chain application scenarios across AI, telecommunications, and Web3 payments.
Leveraging AISIM’s global eSIM, AI terminal, and Web3 payment network capabilities, the two parties are expected to further promote the development of a new digital economy infrastructure model built around the concept of “Communication as the gateway, wallet as the account, and AI as the service.”
Future Outlook
Through this strategic investment, ENI and AISIM will jointly accelerate the deployment of Web3 infrastructure in the Japanese market.
The two parties plan to deepen cooperation in areas including ENI Blockchain node network expansion, developer and enterprise ecosystem development, AI and telecommunications application scenarios, Web3 payments, and RWA infrastructure.
At the same time, ENI is advancing the development and application of enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure in Japan through its cooperation with NTT Digital. AISIM’s participation will become an important part of ENI’s ecosystem expansion in Japan, further enriching ENI Blockchain’s application capabilities across telecommunications, AI, and payment scenarios.
About ENI
ENI is an ultra-high-performance modular Layer 1 blockchain built for large-scale commercial applications, designed to deliver unlimited TPS processing capability. Its core architecture is the ENI Matrix, a “Mainnet + Hub + AppChain” framework powered by a hyper-sequential parallel computing engine, enabling global commercial activities to be processed on-chain in parallel and settled in real time.
As a quantum-computing-grade public blockchain, ENI enables the separation of business and regulatory logic, allowing enterprises to deploy dedicated AppChains on demand while participating in unified governance.
